1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client, visitor, or entity) and BullEyes Marketing Network (operating under email info@bulleyes.blog). By using our website, submitting a contact form, or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of services

BullEyes Marketing provides digital marketing solutions including but not limited to:

• Search engine optimization (SEO) audits and strategy
• Content writing and article creation (100% original)
• Backlink acquisition and outreach
• Website performance consultation
• Keyword research and competitor analysis

All services are rendered on a “reasonable efforts” basis. While we aim for top rankings, we do not guarantee specific positions on search engines due to the dynamic nature of algorithms.

3. Payments and fees

3.1 Pricing: All fees are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless specified otherwise. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issuance.

3.2 Payment terms: 50% advance payment is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery or as per invoice terms. For ongoing retainers, invoices are issued monthly and payable within 7 days.

3.3 Late payments: Overdue invoices may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge and suspension of active services until cleared.

3.4 Payment methods: We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards. You are responsible for any transaction fees.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel any service with 7 days written notice to info@bulleyes.blog. Work already completed will be billed at the hourly rate of $75/hour.

4.2 Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our work, refunds are issued only in these cases:

• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within 30 days past deadline (excluding delays caused by client).
• If duplicate payment occurs.

4.3 No refunds for change of mind, already completed work, or third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, software subscriptions).

5. Client responsibilities

To ensure successful collaboration, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to websites (FTP, CMS, analytics) when necessary.
• Supply accurate briefs and feedback within 5 business days.
• Refrain from requesting black-hat techniques (keyword stuffing, link farms, cloaking).
• Maintain your own website backups; we are not liable for data loss.
• Ensure you have the legal right to modify the website and its content.

6. Intellectual property rights

6.1 Work product: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (articles, reports, graphics). BullEyes Marketing retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

6.2 Pre-existing materials: Any tools, software, or methodologies used by BullEyes remain our intellectual property.

6.3 Unauthorized use: You may not resell, distribute, or claim our work as your own without our written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information (business strategies, passwords, analytics data) disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. We may disclose information if required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullEyes Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BullEyes Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

• You violate any term of this agreement.
• You engage in illegal activities using our advice.
• Payment is not received within 15 days of due date.

Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with the Pakistan Arbitration Act. Each party bears its own legal fees.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email to info@bulleyes.blog or a website banner.
